Hope F. Rosen

The same year, she became licensed to practice across all Virginia state courts.

Ms. Rosen’s first foray into the legal profession since graduating from law school was at the American Prosecutors Research Institute, where she handled complex matters pertaining to juvenile delinquency and child abuse. She then was appointed as the Special Counsel for the Division of Child Support Enforcement by the attorney general of Virginia. The exposure she gained dealing with a host of complicated legal problems informs her advocacy for her clients in many facets of their cases.
