Jonathan R. Bronley

As owner of Bronley Law PLLC, Jonathan R. Bronley focuses his practice on handling estate and trust litigation issues on behalf of people throughout Virginia. His caseload often involves matters such as probate, estate administration, guardianship, estate planning and elder care issues.

Mr. Bronley represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries and families. Licensed for nearly a decade, he regularly appears in courts and before the Officer of the Commissioners of Accounts on behalf of clients. He also has extensive experience serving as a guardian ad litem for disabled people and incapacitated adults. As such, he is keenly aware of the needs people have when they find themselves involved in estate-related issues.

In 2006, Mr. Bronley earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and business management from the University at Albany, State University of New York, graduating summa cum laude. He then attended the Antonin Scalia Law School, obtaining a Juris Doctor in 2009.

Mr. Bronley is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association’s Wills Trusts & Estates Section. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and all Virginia state courts.
