Kelly M. Juhl

Kelly M. Juhl is a partner at Hicks Crandall Juhl PC, and brings many talents to the legal team. As a practitioner focused entirely on family law, she helps clients from the northern Virginia area select appropriate strategies for protecting their rights and achieving goals important to their families. Ms. Juhl drafts and negotiates premarital and prenuptial agreements, as well as marital agreements and separation settlement agreements.  She regularly represents clients in divorce cases, custody and visitation cases, spousal support and child support cases, and all other aspects of family law.

Ms. Juhl attended and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University and her Juris Doctor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003.

Ms. Juhl is an active participant in the legal community and is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Women Attorneys Association, and the Fairfax Bar Association.  She serves as the Chair of the Membership Committee for the Fairfax Bar Association and she was a past president of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association, Northern Virginia Chapter. Ms. Juhl has been named as a Virginia Business magazine Legal Elite.
