Seth Quint Peritz

A steadfast advocate for his clients, Seth Quint Peritz pursues every available legal avenue and fights tooth and nail to get his clients the respite they deserve in their criminal law troubles. At Crowley Peritz Law in Fairfax, Virginia, he serves residents throughout the surrounding region and beyond in matters pertaining to DUI/DWIs, reckless driving, domestic violence and sex crimes, as well as juvenile law.

Mr. Peritz completed his undergraduate studies in 2013, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in political science and government from Northern Illinois University. He went on to attend the William & Mary Law School, where he was president of the Jewish Law Student Association and was part of the William & Mary National Trial Team, the university’s law review and the George Wythe Society. He received his Juris Doctor in 2016, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Virginia.

In a relatively short span of time, Mr. Peritz has garnered the adulation of his peers through his effective advocacy, culminating in an “Excellent” rating on Avvo as well as myriad positive client testimonials on the site. Furthermore, he has been included in the 10 Best list by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys and the Top 40 Under 40 list by the National Trial Lawyers.

Outside his law practice, Mr. Peritz is a member of The National College of DUI Defense, the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Federal Bar Association’s Eastern District of Virginia Chapter.
