Along with being admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, he is also licensed to appear before a number of federal courts.

Holding a bachelor’s degree from the George Washington University, Mr. Halperin earned his law degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. He is a member of various bar associations and professional organizations including the Richmond Bar Association, the National Center for Victims of Crime and the American Association for Justice.
