Robert L. Isaacs

Mr. Isaacs grew up in the west end of Henrico County, where he attended Miles E. Godwin High School before pursuing higher education at the College of William and Mary. There, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing in 1990. He continued his academic journey at George Mason University School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1993. While still in law school, he gained practical experience as a clerk in Fairfax, assisting a boutique firm in its family law and litigation matters.

Upon establishing his career in Richmond in 1995, Mr. Isaacs launched a practice tailored to the needs of individuals facing both domestic and injury-related legal challenges. Over nearly three decades, he has represented clients at every level of Virginia’s judiciary system, including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia. 

Mr. Isaacs has contributed to the legal community by authoring articles in professional journals, leading continuing legal education courses for fellow attorneys, and serving as an active fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. His commitment to public service is further reflected in his tenure as chairman of the Hanover Special Education Advisory Committee to the local school board.
