Ashley Morgan

Most of her career has been spent handling Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Morgan also regularly helps clients with their tax debts, dealing directly with the Internal Revenue Service and the state taxing authorities. She focuses on finding the most practical and efficient solutions available.

She graduated Cum Laude from Florida Coastal School of Law with her Juris Doctor before being admitted to practice in the state. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Hispanic Studies from the College of William & Mary. Ms. Morgan is known for helping clients achieve goals of preserving lifestyles and assets, and minimizing concerns for the future with her business clients as they build their business or if they have made the decision to dissolve it.
