David J. Dischley is the managing partner of Dischley Law, PLLC. He defends DUI/DWI, reckless driving and other criminal cases in Fairfax, Prince William County and courts across Northern Virginia. The firm maintains offices in Fairfax and Manassas.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former prosecutor in Loudoun and Fauquier counties, David approaches a case with an understanding of how the government investigates and presents evidence. His background also includes law enforcement service. He earned his law degree from George Mason University and is admitted in Virginia and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
David’s work centers on preparation and straightforward advice. He examines the evidence, evaluates potential defenses and discusses the consequences of the available choices with his client. Preparing for court and assessing a negotiated resolution are parts of the same responsibility: helping the client make an informed decision.
In addition to DUI and reckless-driving defense, his practice includes drug charges, property offenses, fraud and expungements. Dischley Law offers free initial telephone consultations.
