The complaint alleged that the defendant had used an automated process to scrape hundreds of photographs from the plaintiff's social media profiles in which the plaintiff promoted products under paid sponsorship. The complaint further alleged that the defendant reproduced the photographs on their website and used them to obtain commissions for the sponsored products contained within the posts.
