Nicole Holls Naum

The founder of Battlefield Law Group, PLLC, in Manassas, Virginia, Nicole Holls Naum, is an established criminal defense attorney. Serving clients across Manassas and northern Virginia, her practice focuses on, but is not limited to, DUI defense. She handles cases involving drug crimes, assault and battery, domestic violence, trespassing, manslaughter and robbery, among others.

With over 15 years of experience in criminal defense, Ms. Naum understands that the field of criminal and DUI defense is ever-evolving and keeps up to date with the recent trends through national DUI defense seminars. She also takes up advanced training to keep up with the technology changes in enforcement tactics and scientific developments in breath analysis and blood testing. With her detail-oriented and client-centric approach, she guides her clients through the complex process of criminal charges, keeping them in the loop at all times.

After graduating from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in mathematical sciences, Ms. Naum joined the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law to further hone her litigation skills. She earned her J.D. in 2008 and proceeded to gain licensure to practice law in Virginia in the following year. Additionally, she gained certification of completion from the National Trial Advocacy College.

Beyond her practice, Ms. Naum is a dedicated leader within the legal community. She currently serves as Virginia Ambassador for the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys and is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Locally, she is an active Prince William County Bar Association member, contributing as co-chair for entertainment.
