A 1982 recipient of a Bachelor of Science from George Mason University, Mr. Williams went on to attend what was then known as the George Mason University School of Law, and in 1987, he was awarded his Juris Doctor. He was a member of the law review with a published article, and has also published articles in private practice. He worked as a federal judicial law clerk in US District Court. Prior to co-founding Burnett & Williams, P.C., he was managing trial lawyer for a large insurance company. He began his career in private practice in civil defense particularly insurance defense, representing defendants in the types of matters that he now handles on behalf of his injured clients.
