John R. Bollinger

John R. Bollinger, a shareholder in the Boleman Law Firm, received his B.S. from SUNY at Oneonta and is a graduate of the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Based in the firm's Hampton office, he practices exclusively in the area of consumer bankruptcy law. His memberships include the Virginia State Bar, National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, American Bankruptcy Institute, Richmond Bankruptcy Bar Association, Newport News Bar Association, and the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association, where he currently serves on the Board. Mr. Bollinger is licensed to practice before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals; United States District and Bankruptcy Courts, Eastern District of Virginia; and the Virginia Supreme Court.
