He draws on his background as a former prosecutor of violent crimes to fight aggressively for his clients’ rights, freedom, and futures.

Born and raised in Suffolk, Virginia, Noah graduated from Norfolk Academy and earned his Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Michigan. He received his Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University, where he was elected Student Bar Association representative and inducted into the Order of Barristers. After law school, he returned home to serve as a prosecutor in the Hampton and Newport News Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Offices, gaining insider knowledge he now uses to dismantle the prosecution’s cases.

Since entering private practice in 2006, Noah has successfully defended clients against the most serious charges, including murder, robbery, felony DUI, rape, and other high-stakes felonies.
