Charlene A. Morring

Attorney and Counselor at Law for The Law Firm of Charlene A. Morring, PC, Charlene A. Morring represents clients in North Carolina and Virginia, along with all seaport areas in the United States. Her practice is focused on legal issues of Social Security Disability and workers’ compensation.

In 1998, Ms. Morring graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in political science as a Kaufman Scholar. She then attended the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond and graduated in 2001 with distinction as an E.W. Hudgins Scholar with a Juris Doctor. Currently, she is a member of the South Hampton Roads Bar Association, the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.

Admitted to practice in the state of North Carolina and the Commonwealth of Virginia, she is also admitted to practice before several federal courts – These include the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. Throughout her academic and professional career, Ms. Morring has been recognized for her commitment to leadership, academic achievements and work with the community.

Ms. Morring volunteers with her community through work with organizations such as the Christian-based Young Life and ForKids, an entity that aids homeless families. With over 16 years of experience in law, she is a passionate, dedicated advocate for those who have been injured in her community.
