Deborah Y. Collins

In the Hampton Roads, Virginia, area, Deborah Y. Collins represents both employers and employees in cases of employment law, discrimination, wrongful termination and business formation. As an attorney with Yeng Collins Law, PLLC, she was named by Coastal Virginia Magazine as a Top Lawyer, named by the American Registry as a Top Lawyer and recognized in 2019 by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. With experience in hundreds of trials, she has represented professionals and corporations in matters of litigation, administrative proceedings, arbitration, mediation, grievances, internal investigations, drafting policies and handbooks, negotiating contract issues and simply providing advice on business matters each day.

At Virginia Commonwealth University, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in human resource management before attending law school. Ms. Collins earned her Juris Doctor from the William & Mary Law School.
