Kathleen G. Walsh

Kathleen G. Walsh is the owner and founder of the Law Office of Kathleen Grace Walsh in Occoquan, Virginia, where she provides legal counsel to individuals across the state in various civil matters. Ms. Walsh earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government from The George Washington University in 1980. She later went on to attend The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 1986. That same year, she was admitted to practice law in Virginia and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

An active member in the legal community, Ms. Walsh maintains membership in the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Alexandria Bar Association, the Fairfax Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She also serves as a Workers’ Compensation Retreat Chair of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

In addition to her legal achievements, Ms. Walsh is secretary of the Virginia Workers' Compensation American Inn of Court and a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, reflecting her continued commitment to professional development and advocacy in her areas of practice.
