Lee A. Floyd

Before joining Breit Biniazan, Lee Floyd spent a decade defending some of the country’s largest and most influential corporations including pharmaceutical companies and national automotive manufacturers. Lee worked in the trenches with impressive battalions of attorneys and seemingly unlimited resources and was extremely successful, becoming the first female partner in the products liability group of one of the nation’s leading law firms and the youngest partner in that firm’s history.  One could argue that this is the kind of career that many aspire to achieve.

However, during the pandemic, Lee realized that she could use her skills and talents for a higher purpose - helping others achieve justice. So in January 2022, Lee left the world of corporate defense to join the world of personal injury. Now, as a Partner with Breit Biniazan, she is able to use her knowledge of the corporate defense world in her representation of plaintiffs.
