M. Brandon Ayers

M. Brandon Ayers is an attorney at the Ayers Law Firm, which is located in Salem, Virginia. He focuses his practice on criminal defense matters, including DUI/DWI and traffic violations. He also takes on family law, divorce, child support, custody, civil law, personal injury, wrongful death, business law, contracts and estate planning matters. 

With a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Ayers graduated from Emory & Henry College. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Liberty University School of Law. He acquired his license to practice law in Virginia in 2016 and serves clients in the Salem, Roanoke and Lynchburg areas. 

No matter how guilty someone is, they deserve a strong defense is what Mr. Ayers firmly believes. Among his numerous strengths are his charismatic personality and the rare talent of connecting with judges, juries and clients in a down-to-earth, straightforward manner. He will fight aggressively for his clients who have been accused of wrongdoing or injured due to someone else’s negligence. 

Mr. Ayers spends a lot of time being active in the legal community and serves as a member of the Virginia State Bar. Before starting Ayers Law Firm, he spent over a year working as the Of Counsel for Waterlick East Corporation in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Mr. Ayers has taught students at the bachelor’s and master’s levels at the Liberty University – Helms School of Government. Additionally, he was one of 12 delegates for the American Israel Education Foundation (AIEF), representing the United States in Israel and meeting with senior officials from the governments of Israel and Palestine to discuss the continuation of military aid and possible avenues for peace in the region.
