Educationally, Mr. Hundley graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and was licensed in Virginia in 1989. His early career included a clerkship with the Honorable James C. Cacheris in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, followed by a role as an assistant commonwealth’s attorney in the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Fairfax County until 1996. In 1997, he co-founded Briglia Hundley, P.C.

An active contributor to the legal community, Mr. Hundley was appointed in July 2022 by the Virginia Supreme Court as an at-large member of the Virginia State Bar. His service includes membership on the Virginia State Bar’s Committee on Lawyer Discipline from 2014 to 2020, where he held leadership roles such as chairman of the Committee and the Rules Subcommittee. His involvement with the Fairfax Bar Association includes roles on various committees, showcasing his dedication to the legal profession.
