Tania Lawrence Klam, a seasoned attorney at Roop Xanttopoulos Babounakis & Klam PLLC in Vienna, Virginia, navigates the intricate world of family law. She earned her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2009. She launched her legal career as an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn, New York, where she adeptly managed numerous criminal cases, gaining invaluable courtroom experience.

Also, Ms. Klam spent six years at a prominent law firm, working from their Miami, Manhattan and D.C. offices, focusing on civil litigation, wills and estates, real estate litigation and bankruptcy, among other matters. She collaborated with esteemed clients, including national and regional banks and independent investors, across Florida, New York, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. Moreover, she excelled in special asset litigation in state and federal courts, achieving successful appellate outcomes and aiding clients in recovering significant sums through post-judgment actions.

Following a distinguished career in prosecution and civil litigation, Ms. Klam turned her attention to criminal defense and family law. She skillfully handles prenuptial agreements, domestic relations, custody battles, support, visitation, equitable distribution, high-conflict divorces and complex business valuation cases, representing clients in Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia.
