Blair D. Howard

Attorney Blair D. Howard is a partner at the Law Offices of Howard & Howard in Warrenton, Virginia. Recognized nationally as one of the country's leading trial lawyers, Mr. Howard focuses his practice on criminal defense and appeals, and he serves clients throughout Virginia who stand accused or are under investigation for any type of felony or misdemeanor offense. A 1960 graduate of the University of Virginia, Mr. Howard attended American University's Washington College of Law, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in law in 1963. He then served a tour in the U.S. Army, where he reached the rank of captain. The Virginia State Bar admitted him to practice in 1963, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
