T. Brooke Howard, II

T. Brooke Howard, II, is a partner at the Law Offices of Howard & Howard in Warrenton, Virginia. Licensed to practice law in Virginia since 2013, he represents clients with matters involving traffic offenses, criminal defense, business law, estate planning, personal injury and family law.

Mr. Howard obtained his bachelor’s degree with a major in sociology and anthropology and a minor in English from the Randolph-Macon College. He earned his law degree from the Appalachian School of Law. He interned for a renowned judge at the Fairfax County Circuit Court and served as a law clerk at the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office in Prince William County.

Mr. Howard is an active affiliate in the legal field, and he is a member of The National Trial Lawyers, the Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Fauquier County Bar Association.

Actively involved in his community, Mr. Howard is a board member of the Lord Fairfax Community College’s Charitable Foundation, an association that focuses on student scholarships, capital projects and faculty development. They provide financial aid for students and create career training.
