After graduating from the University of Virginia in 1971, Mr. Parthemos attended the University of Virginia School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1974. He was part of the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1974 to 1977. Authorized to practice law in the state of Virginia, he appears before the Supreme Court of the United States.

A former president of the Winchester-Frederick County Bar Association, Mr. Parthemos loves to expand his connections through various organizations. He belongs to The Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
