Mr. Nichols is a principal of Nichols Zauzig and, for the past 35 years, has concentrated on family law. As a litigator, his practice routinely sees him in all levels of our court system.
Mr. Nichols is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), a national organization with stringent requirements for membership, including peer review, testing and being recognized by the bench and bar as a leading family law practitioner. He also holds Martindale Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and ethics.
Mr. Nichols has lectured on various family law topics to local bar associations in Northern Virginia, and throughout the state for the Virginia State Bar and Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
