David R. Bach

Attorney David R. Bach is the founder and principal of the Law Offices of David R. Bach, P.C., in Rockville, Maryland. Through his law firm, Mr. Bach devotes his practice to helping families with their most important and sensitive legal needs. Representing clients in the Washington, D.C., area and throughout the state of Maryland, Mr. Bach provides high-quality counsel and effective solutions in the following practice areas:

After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder, Mr. Bach attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1991. The Maryland State Bar Association admitted him to practice in 1992, and The District of Columbia Bar admitted him to practice in 1995. Since that time, Mr. Bach has enjoyed a successful, 20-year career assisting families through their tough and challenging legal issues.

Dedicated to his practice, Mr. Bach remains active in several professional legal organizations. Along with his membership in the Bar Association of Montgomery County, he also serves as co-chair to the Association's Education Law Section. He is a member of Prince George's County Bar Association as well as the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Certified as a collaborative practitioner by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Mr. Bach espouses using alternative forms of dispute resolution as a better way for divorcing parties to reach agreements. However, he will fight aggressively in court on behalf of his clients when necessary. Mr. Bach also offers pro bono services to the citizens of his community.
