Mr. Hoge has been admitted to practice in the District of Columbia since 1975 and is also admitted to practice in Maryland, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

His experience in this regard has also included fee disputes and breaches by attorneys of the fiduciary duties that they owe to their clients. These cases can be very complex, and Mr. Hoge has developed a nationwide reputation for his prowess in handling them. He has often lectured to attorneys in Continuing Legal Education programs sponsored by the District of Columbia Bar and other organizations.
Mr. Hoge has significant experience in other types of civil litigation as well, including actions involving breach of contract claims. His successful track record in all of these endeavors along with his high degree of ethics have earned him a great deal of recognition from his fellow members of the bar, including an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 “Superb” peer review rating through Avvo.
