Danielle Beach-Oswald is the president and managing partner of the Washington, D.C., firm Beach-Oswald Immigration Law Associates, PC. Ms. Beach has dedicated her career to aiding individuals who suffer abuse and persecution abroad by helping them obtain a safer, better life in the United States. She focuses her practice on humanitarian-based immigration/asylum, family-based immigration, employment immigration, citizenship, deportation and removal proceedings, federal litigation and counsular processing. While Ms. Beach primarily advocates for clients worldwide who are seeking freedom from torture, domestic violence or trafficking, she also promotes professionals for U.S. employment and both facilitates and litigates family reunification cases.

Ms. Beach works domestically and at U.S. consulates in countries around the world. She has extensive experience in family and employment immigration law and in complex naturalization issues, and she has represented clients before numerous federal courts, the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Over the course of her career, she has won more than 400 humanitarian cases, and her legal excellence has garnered her Martindale-Hubbell's AV-Preeminent* rating.

Admitted to practice in Maryland and D.C., Ms. Beach also practices before the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Districts of Columbia and Maryland;, the U.S. Circuit Courts for the 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th and 11th Circuits; and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia.

She is a graduate of Loma Linda University and the University of California, Riverside. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991.
