Jeremy Schulman

Jeremy Schulman is a seasoned litigator at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in Washington, D.C., focusing on complex business disputes and arbitration. He handles high-stakes cases involving civil RICO, fraud and breach of contract. His versatile practice spans intellectual property, real estate and life sciences, where he prosecutes and defends claims ranging from trade secret misappropriation to securities law violations. He also provides strategic counsel on corporate governance, product liability and unfair competition.

Pursuing his legal education at the University at Buffalo School of Law, Mr. Schulman was an articles editor for the Buffalo Law Review. Upon earning his Juris Doctor in 1997, he was admitted to practice law in Connecticut. He later gained licensure to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland and New York. During his time at law school, he was exposed to the workings of the judiciary through his internship at the office of the Public Defender of Indiana and his clerkship for Honorable John Steadman.
