Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th and District of Columbia Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
