Marc Lindsey Wilhite

As a partner at Pressler Senftle & Wilhite, P.C., based in Washington, D.C., Marc Lindsey Wilhite offers legal representation to clients dealing with workplace disputes across the state. With nearly 25 years of experience, Mr. Wilhite has established himself as a respected figure in the legal community. He is known for his dedication to clients, strategic approach to challenging employment matters and extensive knowledge of public sector labor law. Many of his representations have been efficiently resolved at the departmental level, avoiding the need for further proceedings.

Academically accomplished, Mr. Wilhite graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Morehouse College in 1996. Later, he went on to pursue his legal studies at The George Washington University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1999. He was licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C., in 2000.

Mr. Wilhite is admitted to practice before all Virginia state courts, as well as the state courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

An active participant within his legal community, Mr. Wilhite holds memberships in several prestigious legal organizations, such as the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, the Maryland State Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association. He is also a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the Maryland State Bar Association and The District of Columbia Bar.
