With over 40 jury trials in his past, he is an accomplished, experienced trial lawyer handling employment law, civil rights and consumer immigration cases. For over 20 years, Mr. Oswald has worked with the people of Washington, D.C., to meet their needs and has settlement and judgment totals of over $200 million for his clients.

He is currently the chair of the Qui Tam Section of the Federal Bar Association’s Professional Ethics Committee, and co-chair of the American Bar Association’s employment law subcommittee. He obtained the first jury verdict under the National Defense Authorization Act of 2013’s whistleblower protection and had the first jury verdict under the False Claims Act’s anti-retaliation provisions.
