As one of the founders and the managing partner of Price Benowitz LLP, Seth Price focuses on representing clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and workers' compensation cases throughout the Washington, D.C., area. He has been admitted to the bar in both the District of Columbia and New York.
Mr. Price received a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations at the University of Pennsylvania before obtaining his Juris Doctor from George Washington University, graduating with honors. He then began working with the prestigious firm of Swindler & Berlin as an insurance litigator. After his tenure at Swindler & Berlin, he created the innovative legal website USLaw.com, which helps consumers across the nation find local information, attorneys and forms.
Recognized by his peers as exemplary in his field, Mr. Price has garnered the top ranking of AV-Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell, which is a testament to his ethics and high professional standards, and he has a perfect Avvo rating of 10/10. He was also honored by Amtrak Magazine as one of the top 50 lawyers in the Northeast. Mr. Price is also dedicated to his community. For six years, he volunteered as the Board Chair of KIPP Baltimore, a national group of more than 100 charter schools across the nation.
