Kelly A. Ricke

A Washington-based attorney, Kelly A. Ricke is best known for representing and assisting clients facing issues involving medical malpractice or personal injury. She offers her service through the firm Otorowski Morrow & Golden, PLLC, in Bainbridge Island, to people across the state, particularly the residents of the Seattle Tacoma metro area. 

An alumnus of The University of Kansas, Ms. Ricke graduated in 1990, earning her bachelor’s degree in journalism. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Washburn University School of Law in 1994. She was authorized to practice law in the state of Kansas the same year and in the subsequent years in Colorado (2008) and Washington (2014). 

Ms. Ricke began her legal career at the Kansas Attorney General’s Office, where she was an assistant attorney general. Later, she joined a well-established defense firm based out of Kansas, where she served in two positions for almost 19 years. Throughout her career as an attorney spanning close to three decades, she has represented and negotiated for a wide variety of clientele, including physicians, nursing homes and allied health centers. 

Whether be an error from an improper diagnosis or a surgery performed with the assistance of a robot, Ms. Ricke understands how even a minor mistake from the surgeon’s or hospital’s side changes the course of a patient forever.
