Roger M. Townsend

He is further admitted to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington. Additionally, he holds a professional certificate in dispute resolution and mediation from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution Mediation Program.

Mr. Townsend has previously served as the chair in various organizations, including the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference and the Ninth Circuit’s Conference Executive Committee. He also served as the president and the co-chair of the Past Presidents Committee of the M. Margaret McKeown Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Washington.
