Graduating cum laude from Washington State University, Mr. Fulton received his Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice and political science. He went on to study law at the University of Washington School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor with honors in 1988.
Mr. Fulton is licensed to practice in Washington, the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, the Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He serves as a zealous and tireless advocate for the rights of his clients. He has obtained several million-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, for which he was selected to be a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Actively affiliated with the legal community, Mr. Fulton has memberships in the Washington State Bar Association, the Oregon State Bar, the Washington State Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He served as the president and on the board of governors of the Washington State Association for Justice, for which he has published numerous articles.
Mr. Fulton was the editor and co-author of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association’s Automobile Accident Litigation Deskbook, which is an extensive manual on automobile accident law used throughout Washington and Oregon. He has also lectured at many continuing legal education platforms in the country.
For his exemplary work in the personal injury law field, Mr. Fulton was named to the Top 100 Lawyer list by the American Society of Legal Advocates and has been listed among the 20 Best Car Accident Attorneys in Bellevue.
