Elizabeth M. Quick

As the founding partner of the Quick | Law Group, Elizabeth Quick represents clients in the Seattle metropolitan area. Her practice focuses on personal injury cases, including, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability and traumatic brain injuries. Throughout her decades-long career, she has handled hundreds of wrongful death and personal injury cases.  Through negotiation, litigation and trial practice, Liz Quick has achieved substantial verdicts and settlements for her clients.

Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Washington, she earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law, graduating cum laude. She has dedicated her career to help people who have been harmed wrongfully by negligent conduct and by government and corporate misconduct.  Liz Quick is a zealous advocate for those who have been harmed when patient care is sacrificed for profits and when hospital systems and teamwork break down resulting in tragic harm and loss to patients and their families.

Ms. Quick is a member of the American Civil Liberties Union, the Washington State Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association (inactive), the King County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the American Constitution Society. Within the Washington State Association for Justice, she has served on the board of directors and chaired several committees.  Since 2012, she has served as Vice President of the Washington Association for Justice Foundation, which is responsible for filing the Amicus Curiae briefs with the WA State Supreme Court on important issues affecting the rights of Washington citizens.
