Hanna Oh

Hanna Oh is an attorney at Northwest Family Law, P.S., located in Bellevue, Washington, where she represents clients in a wide range of family law matters. Her practice focuses on handling the deeply personal and often complex issues that arise within family law, offering dedicated advocacy to individuals protecting their families and their futures.

Ms. Oh is known for her client-focused and results-driven approach to litigation. She works closely with clients to guide them through challenging transitions, helping them resolve disputes involving divorce, child custody and child support. Her early career development provided a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy and judicial procedures, ensuring her clients receive skilled representation both inside and outside the courtroom.

In addition to her private practice, Ms. Oh serves as an assistant attorney general at the Washington State Office of the Attorney General. This dual experience sharpens her litigation skills and deepens her understanding of public and administrative law.

Ms. Oh earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in 2006. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2009. Admitted to practice law in Washington in 2010, she is an active member of the legal community and has been a member of the King County Bar Association since 2022.

While in law school, Ms. Oh further expanded her legal background by interning in both the adult and juvenile divisions of the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office. She also completed a judicial externship with a family law judge, gaining invaluable insight into how the court views family law disputes.
