Jon S. Fox

Attorney Jon S. Fox is the founder and owner of The Fox Law Firm in Bellevue, Washington. A nationally known trial lawyer with 40 years of total legal experience, Mr. Fox focuses his practice solely on DUI and DWI defense, and he has achieved remarkable success defending those who stand accused of DUI/DWI and other felonies and misdemeanors.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Fox has established himself as a recognized authority in DUI/DWI law, and he has conducted extensive research regarding the use of the Draeger 9510 breath test machine. He has also conducted many lectures and seminars regarding challenging breath testing and trial practice, and he is co-author of the treatise Defending DUIs in Washington which has become an invaluable reference text for other DUI/DWI defense lawyers.

Among his other professional affiliations, Mr. Fox is also the former president and founding member of the Northwest Academy for DUI Defense, and he has served as chair of the Washington State Bar Association's Criminal Law Section.
