Kiona M. Gallup

Serving clients from the offices of Gilson-Moreau & Associates, P.S., in Bellevue, Washington, Kiona M. Gallup is a committed family law attorney. Advocating for clients going through cases like divorce, spousal support, child support and custody, property division, domestic abuse and adoptions, she has established herself as a reliable attorney within a decade of practice. She represents clients in King and Snohomish counties.

With her own experiences with domestic abuse and family law proceedings, Ms. Gallup understands the distress that comes with it. Therefore, she prioritizes compassion and communication, ensuring her clients feel heard in such pressing times. Her experiences provide her with an understanding of how effective legal support can be and motivate her to provide the representation clients deserve.

Ms. Gallup graduated from Trinity Lutheran College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management before proceeding to Seattle University School of Law for her legal studies. She gained her Juris Doctor in 2016 and earned her license to practice in Washington the following year. From the start of her practice, she has been a consistent advocate for clients in matters of family law. She has also served as a commissioner pro tem at the King County Superior Court and heard cases on civil protection orders and family law motions dockets.

In the legal community, Ms. Gallup is active through her memberships in the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the King County Bar Association (KCBA) and the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA). She also serves as an executive committee member to the WSBA’s Family Law Section and the Judicial Candidate Evaluation, and the Judiciary and Litigation committees of the KCBA. Additionally, she has been on the Washington State Supreme Court Pro Bono Publico Honor Roll for six consecutive years, from 2017 to 2022.
