His experience includes serving as counsel for one of the world's largest construction supply companies, as well as advising businesses on operational, contractual and industry-specific concerns.

Additionally, Mr. DeLeo serves as a Subchapter V of Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee, having been appointed through the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of the United States Trustee. His practices further reflect his strong command over licensing, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

A trained mediator through the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Mr. DeLeo is a certified mediator in bankruptcy-related matters and a panel arbitrator in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
