Attorney Patrick H. LePley is the founder of the LePley Law Firm. Mr. LePley began his legal career in 1975 after earning his law degree from University of Puget Sound School of Law and his admission to the Washington State Bar Association. In addition to his approval to practice in all of Washington state's courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit have also approved him to practice in their courtrooms.

Over the past 40 years, attorney LePley has earned a number of honors for his many courtroom successes. In 2002, the Washington State Association for Justice named him the recipient of the Tom Chambers Trial Lawyer of the Year award, and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers chose him as its plaintiff attorney of the year in 2003. Additionally, Mr. LePley has a "Superb" rating from Avvo and an AV Preeminent* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. LePley is not only a respected attorney and mediator but also a highly regarded member of the legal community. He served as president and as a member of the board of directors of the Washington State Association for Justice, and he served as a trustee of the East King County Bar Association.
