Attorney Brian M. Sullivan dedicates his practice to serious personal injury claims, litigation, and trials. He serves clients throughout northwestern Washington, drawing on over a decade of experience practicing law.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Santa Clara University in 2002, Mr. Sullivan earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, he served as an Article Editor for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice and earned the CALI Award for Criminal Law, given to the highest-scoring student in the class.
Admitted to practice in Washington in 2006, Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience helping people through challenging injuries and litigation. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a clerk for Justice James M. Johnson of the Washington Supreme Court and as a deputy prosecutor with the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sullivan has actively participated in several professional organizations, including the Snohomish County Bar Association and the Washington State Association for Justice, where he is a member of its EAGLE program. Highly regarded by his peers, Mr. Sullivan has received Avvo's 10/10 “Superb" rating and has been elected to the Super Lawyers as a rising Star, then Super Lawyer for over a decade.

- An insurance company prematurely terminated personal injury protection benefits for its insured. We filed suit and obtained a substantial award for the client against both the driver who hit her and against the insurance company who acted in bad faith., 2019
- Ms. Sullivan represented the driver of the infamous Aurora Bridge disaster involving a "Ride the Ducks" vehicle and a transit bus. The driver was ultimately found to be fault free. The case on behalf of the driver resolved for a total of $2.2M., 2019
