Details

Derek P. Radtke is a passionate personal injury attorney who established Radtke Law Firm in 2017 to exclusively advocate for the rights of injured victims and their families throughout Washington. He handles a wide range of matters including motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle collisions, tractor/trailer collisions, premises liability--including slip and fall injuries, animal and dog attacks, medical malpractice, wrongful death, sexual abuse and legal malpractice.

Before entering the final stretch of law school, Mr. Radtke immersed himself in the complex world of personal injury and malpractice cases. This hands-on experience was garnered through a coveted internship with a seasoned solo practitioner who provided a unique mentorship. The knowledge gained here was practical and profound, far surpassing the theoretical confines of the classroom.

Over the subsequent two decades, Mr. Radtke honed his skills at a pair of law firms, amassing a wealth of litigation experience that would serve his clients well. His dedication to delivering pristine services tailored to the individual needs of each client has distinguished his practice in the legal community.

In 1993, Mr. Radtke completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Washington. Later in 1997, he earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Washington the same year. He is also licensed to appear in the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Radtke is an active member of the Washington State Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
