Ms. Rolfs' journey in the legal field began with her work as a paralegal. This experience taught her quickly how much depends on the dedication and meticulous care an attorney gives to each client. She graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law and was admitted to practice law by the Washington State Bar Association in 2005. Now, after more than 18 years serving families in their times of need, Ms. Rolfs is even more devoted to the best interests of her clients.

Because more families are seeking alternatives to courtroom divorces, Ms. Rolfs believes strongly in mediation. She is an experienced and effective mediator for couples who choose this gentler method to resolve their conflicts.

Another way in which Ms. Rolfs strives to accommodate the needs of families is by providing assistance with estate planning services.  She helps clients understand the process and complete the necessary documentation so they can maintain control of their finances and property, both during life and as they wish after death.

Ms. Rolfs serves as a pro term judge in the Pierce County Superior Court. She has earned the honors and praises of numerous professional associations, including an AV Preeminent* rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

*AV®, AV Preeminent®, Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished and Martindale-Hubbell Notable are certification marks used under license in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards and policies. Martindale-Hubbell® is the facilitator of a peer review rating process. Ratings reflect the anonymous opinions of members of the bar and the judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Rating™ fall into two categories – legal ability and general ethical standards.
