Rachel Rolfs

Rachel Rolfs is an attorney with Rehmke Andreve, P.S., located in Fircrest, Washington. Representing clients in matters of family law, elder law and estate planning, she extends her practice to the Tacoma metropolitan area, as well as the counties of Pierce, King and Kitsap.

Commencing her professional journey in the legal arena as a paralegal, the experience taught Ms. Rolfs how significant the dedication and meticulous care an attorney gives to each client is. After receiving an associate degree from the Tacoma Community College in 1992, she majored in law and justice at Central Washington University and secured her bachelor’s degree in 1995. She graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to practice law by the Washington State Bar Association in 2005. 

After more than 18 years of serving families in their times of need, Ms. Rolfs’ devotion to work for the best interests of her clients has only increased. With more families seeking alternatives to courtroom divorces, she focuses her practice on alternative dispute resolution methods. Having worked as a settlement conference mediator at the Pierce County Center for Dispute Resolution, she is an experienced and effective mediator for couples who choose this method to resolve their conflicts. 

In addition to this, Ms. Rolfs strives to accommodate the estate planning needs of families by providing quality assistance drawing from years of practice and experience. She helps clients understand the process and complete the necessary documentation so that they can maintain control of their finances and property in their lifetime and after their death as well.

Ms. Rolfs serves as a pro tem judge in the Pierce County Superior Court. She has earned the honors and praises of numerous professional associations, including an Outstanding Service Award from the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association. She is active in several legal associations, such as the Washington State Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association.
