Commencing her professional journey in the legal arena as a paralegal, the experience taught Ms. Rolfs how significant the dedication and meticulous care an attorney gives to each client is. Having worked as a settlement conference mediator at the Pierce County Center for Dispute Resolution, she is an experienced and effective mediator for couples who choose this method to resolve their conflicts.
