Educationally accomplished, Mr. Perkins earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1982, followed by his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 1985. A pillar in the legal community, he is an active Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice and participates in both the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the King County Bar Association.

- Stan served as the Executive Director for the Seattle University School of Law’s Moderate Means Incubator program, helping newly minted attorneys’ establish successful solo practices. Stan generously shares his time, his resources, and his experience, providing guidance and advice that he wished he had when he struck out on his own. He regularly makes presentations to students, alumni, and fellow attorneys through programs run by the law school’s Access to Justice Institute. To date, the program has mentored over 70 incubates.
