Julianne Henley is the Managing Attorney and Founder of Sparrow IP PLLC, an intellectual property boutique that serves as IP counsel to world-renowned brands.  Whether advising start-ups or Fortune 50 organizations, Julianne tailors her advice to each client by balancing budget and specific objectives with protection and enforcement considerations.  Julianne assists clients with intellectual property selection, prosecution, and enforcement. Her IP practice includes trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, domains, online presence assets and disputes, trade secrets, and Name Image Likeness (NIL) protection and monetization strategies.  She also works closely with clients to develop anti-counterfeiting strategies, and helps clients leverage their intellectual property assets by working with customs officials to seize and destroy counterfeit goods at ports before they reach the open market.  Julianne particularly enjoys global trademark portfolio oversight and orchestrating complex due diligence projects for billion+ acquisitions.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington, Julianne obtained her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law where she was the president of the Intellectual Property society and graduated Cum Laude.   Before founding Sparrow IP, Julianne was in private practice for over a decade where she became a partner in the intellectual property group of a prestigious law firm.
