Details
Lee Thomas is the managing partner of the Kent, Washington, law firm of Harpold Thomas, PC. Established in 1972 with the goal of serving the people of Kent, Seattle, and South King and North Pierce counties, founder David Harpold left the firm in Mr. Thomas' very capable hands when he retired. Since attorney Thomas took over the firm, the residents of the area have continued to put their trust in him and the small-town firm known for its dedication to clients who have needs in the following areas:
• Workers' compensation
• Third-party claims
• Personal injury
• Wrongful death
Mr. Thomas' professional career began in education. In fact, he earned a Master of Teaching from Seattle University College of Education before attending law school. In 2008, he began his legal career after earning his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and his admission to the Washington State Bar Association. Unsurprisingly, his education did not end there. He is also a graduate of the highly regarded Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.
Attorney Thomas is highly respected by both his clients and his peers who describe him as being professional, capable, skilled and extremely talented. As evidence of the high regard with which he is held, he is peer-rated as AV Preeminent* according to Martindale-Hubbell and holds a "Superb" Avvo rating.
Mr. Thomas is an active participant in the legal community in Washington state. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice, where he serves on the Workers' Compensation Legislative Steering and Development committees. Mr. Thomas is also a past president and a current trustee for the South King County Bar Association.
