Hanna Oh

Hanna Oh is a zealous and capable family law attorney. She works with families in Bellevue, Washington, from the law firm of Northwest Family Law, P.S. She intends to keep her clients out of expensive and stressful courtroom battles and tries to resolve conflicts amicably. Ms. Oh attended the University of Washington to complete her Bachelor of Arts in political science and finance. She graduated in 2006 and enrolled at the University of San Diego School of Law to pursue her legal education. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2009 and became qualified to practice law in all the state courts of Washington the subsequent year.

Early in her career, Ms. Oh worked with two other esteemed law firms in Seattle, Washington, before joining Northwest Family Law, P.S. She gained extensive experience advocating for the rights of children in delinquency and dependency issues.

Hailing from a family of immigrants, Ms. Oh has seen firsthand how legal issues can weigh on individuals and their families. Certified in mediation and collaborative law, she examines every aspect of the case and clearly explains to her clients the laws applicable and the risks involved, enabling them to get through their legal issues with the best achievable resolutions. 

Genuinely concerned about her community, Ms. Oh regularly volunteers her time and services to those in need. She provides free meals to local shelters and offers legal counsel to couples by being part of the Union Gospel Mission’s legal clinic. She also assists tenants in eviction actions and unlawful detainer proceedings.
