Currently serving as a partner at McKinley Irvin in Kirkland, Washington, Jane Malico is a dedicated attorney representing clients across the state. Before pursuing her law degree, Ms. Malico graduated from Eastern Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She then worked as a sales director for a high-technology firm and served as an intelligence officer in the Washington Air National Guard. Later, in 2012, she earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and, in the same year, was admitted to practice law in Washington.
Having practiced law for over a decade, Ms. Malico has represented clients in the most trying times of their lives. Working with the Eastside Legal Assistance Program and resolving high-conflict custody cases and complex property division matters, she holds a deep understanding of the judicial processes. She understands the confusion and uncertainty her clients face during the litigation process and stands by them.
As a member of the Family Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association and Washington Women Lawyers, Ms. Malico stays committed to providing her clients with the latest information. She has also volunteered with the Eastside Legal Assistance Program and serves as a Family Law Court Appointed Special Advocate. Her dedication to quality client service garnered her recognition by Best Lawyers in America. She also maintains a “Superb” rating on Avvo.
