19-Time Super Lawyer, William K. Kirk, is a managing partner at the Cowan Kirk Kattenhorn in Kirkland, Washington. Mr. Kirk is the past Dean of the National College for DUI Defense and has lectured extensively throughout the country on DUI related legal issues. Mr. Kirk is the past President for the Washington Foundation of Criminal Justice and is the only practicing attorney in Washington State to be Board Certified as an Expert in DUI Defense by NCDD.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Washington State University in 1992, Mr. Kirk attended Gonzaga University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1998. That same year, the Washington State Bar Association admitted him to practice, and Mr. Kirk started his career as a King County prosecutor before joining the Cowan Law Firm in 2000.
